One thing that has always been on my list of things to accomplish is to run a 5k.  That’s right, to jog the entire 3.2 miles without stopping.  I am aiming low.  I don’t want to win a prize or beat everyone.  I just want to finish the race.  If you’ve been reading my blog, you might know that getting healthy is on of my New Years resolutions.   I am doing pretty well since I’ve gotten down to my pre-baby weight, which is roughly a 40 pound loss.  I have been eating healthy (for the most part) and I felt it’s time to add more exercise to my daily routine.

So for the past few weeks, in addition to working and everything else, I have been following my resolution of decluttering my house.  I have a ton of stuff to donate and I am pretty proud of myself, considering that I think I’m a borderline hoarder.  Life has been crazy in the Lane household and certain things have been put on the back burner to make way for others.  This blog being one of them, sadly.  I love blogging and I have so many ideas but I have to focus on one goal at a time.  Right now it’s the house. Continue reading
