If you hadn’t noticed already, I am a big fan of monthly subscription boxes. They are a great way to try many new products without committing to a full size item with a full size price tag. They also give us a chance to try things that we normally might not know about or might not think to use.
I’ve had back problems pretty much since they started screening for scoliosis in my middle school. I was one of the ‘lucky ones’ that had to go see an orthopedic doctor because something ‘didn’t look right.’ Anyhoo, I have had exercises, home remedies,, physical therapy, you name it, I’ve tried it. I was even fitted for a back brace by my doctor. However, I was told that I couldn’t wear it all the time and it would make me look 15 pounds heavier. Oh, and I wouldn’t be able to bend easily in it. Trust me. We live in a beach town so if I can find stuff, you can too. Some of the places that we find things to do include:
I love planning quick meals for my family that don’t require a ton of prep or time. Call me lazy if you must but sometimes, I just don’t have the time or energy to create a culinary masterpiece. For said times, I like to pick up a Campbell’s product to help me prepare a delicious dinner for my family that won’t break my budget. This box arrived for me and I felt like I hit the Campbell’s lottery!
