Cute Necklace makes a great gift and fits in your budget!

Have you ever read, Sarah Dessen’s book, The Moon and More?  I am addicted to Young Adult fiction, just ask our local librarian.  I have read and loved every one of her books.  Sarah Dessen has created a town in her books and if you read them in order, certain characters reoccur in each book.  But anyway, back to the topic at hand.

The Moon and More is a wonderful book about a girl, Emmaline, who is just starting her last summer before college, working at her family’s rental business in a beach town named Colby.  She has the perfect boyfriend already when she meets the ambitious city-dweller, Theo.  She also is trying figuring out how to deal with her absent father, who thinks you are nothing without an ivy league education.

She yearns for the excitement and spontaneity that Theo and her father speak of but also grasps at her familiar roots in Colby with her boyfriend, Luke and her family.  She wants the moon and more but can’t seem to find a way to balance both.

I think this necklace, combined with the book, makes the perfect gift for the teen reader in your life.  I also think the necklace is a great gift for a mother or girlfriend.  It comes in a cute gift box and is priced well.  It’s a sun and moon with the quote, I Love You To The Moon and Back, written in a pretty script.   It’s a good quality piece of jewelry and very fashionable right now.   When I see this necklace, I reminds me of the book and since it’s available in paperback form, both gifts will only cost around $25 on Amazon.
