There is nothing like a hot bowl of chili on a cold night. I especially like it when it’s been simmering in the crock pot all day since it’s doing all the work itself! Olde Westport Spice and Trading Co. sent a package of their Championship Chili Spice Blend. I am not lying when I say that this is the easiest and tastiest chili I’ve ever ‘made!’
All I did was brown some ground beef, then added it to the crock pot with a can of tomato sauce, a can of water and a can of beans. Then I cooked it on LOW for about 7 hours. It was so delicious and easy! My family and friends loved it! It had just the right amount of heat and spice. I can definitely see how it is a championship chili. They have a ton of spice blends, including Gold Coast Garlic, Three Rivers Chili Verde and Smokey Canyon Mesquite.
