Discover What’s New with Campbell’s and Crowdtap!

I love planning quick meals for my family that don’t require a ton of prep or time.  Call me lazy if you must but sometimes, I just don’t have the time or energy to create a culinary masterpiece.  For said times, I like to pick up a Campbell’s product to help me prepare a delicious dinner for my family that won’t break my budget.  This box arrived for me and I felt like I hit the Campbell’s lottery!

I was excited about all the quick meals that I could create. As many of you know, I am all about using what I have on hand.  It just so happened that I had made eggplant parm with some reduced price eggplants earlier that week.  I bought more than enough eggplants and I was trying to think of a recipe that would use them in a different way.  I combined the Campbell’s Creamy Parmesan Chicken Skillet Sauce with chicken breasts and diced eggplant!  It was delicious and the eggplant took the place of pasta.  My family and I loved this.  Not only was it quick and easy, the eggplant really cut down on our carb intake.

My kids love SpaghettiOs.  They are a tasty hot lunch and can be paired with grilled cheese in order to sop up the excess.  Plus, it’s lunch for under $2!

With everyone trying to eat healthier after the holidays, I think that Prego Light Homestyle Alfredo is a fantastic way to slim down your old favorites.  I added leftover cooked spinach to the sauce to boost the vegetable factor and a family favorite was born.  If you use whole grain pasta, you’ve got a quick dinner that you don’t have to feel guilty about.

With all the delicious new products that Campbell’s has out, you won’t get bored with dinner anytime soon.  I’ve just scraped the surface.  I can’t wait to use Swanson Cream Starter broth to make Loaded Potato Soup!  I am also going to pour my Campbell’s Chunky Beer-n-Cheese Soup over a few baked potatoes for a dinner that stands out from the crowd but doesn’t drain your wallet!
