Macaroni Kids Baby Brunch Event!

My kids and I were lucky enough to be invited to this year’s Baby Brunch, given by our local Macaroni Kids writer, Karie Twardus. Karie and her husband own Hopping Good Time, a local indoor inflatable fun park, so it was the perfect venue for families with small children!

Macaroni Kids is a nationwide, as well as local, newsletter that goes out by email each week.  Depending on which newsletter you subscribe to, you can receive recipes, fitness information, travel information and/or local events.  It is a free resource and a great one at that.  There are informative posts each week and each local newsletter, depending on size can host different parties to showcase new products.  The Baby Brunch is an annual event that showcases items for babies and toddlers from various sponsors.  It is so informative and helpful as a mom to see which products and services are out there to make my life easier.

The Baby Brunch has giveaways, local vendors, entertainment and snacks.  You get a goodie bag to take home too.  Oh, and again, it’s all free!  What’s not to love?!?!  This year’s sponsors included Happy Family Baby Food, Totseat, Boxed.com, Dr Smiths, Weleda and Summer Infant.

I was lucky enough to win one of the raffle prizes (a bag of Happy Family snacks) and my kids were ecstatic.  Needless to say, they didn’t survive the ride home.
