My Benefit Cosmetics and Birchbox Beauty Bash!

I was so honored to be chosen to host a Benefit Cosmetics and Birchbox Beauty Bash to celebrate Wing Women, our real partners in crime!  I chose 5 women who know me well and who also share my love of cosmetics. I am friends with a variety of women so it was awesome that my party was a combination of all ages and generations.

My wing women are my two sister in laws, a family friend, my coworker and my sister.  My coworker and my sister couldn’t make it to the party so I saved their stuff to give to them later!  The party pack was incredible and included decorations and games to play too.  The games included Wingo (a fun version of Bingo) and FLATTERgories (a girly version of Scattergories).  It was a fun and cute addition to the party!

The goodie bags were the real start of the show.  They included samples of They’re Real! Mascara, They’re Real! Push-Up Liner, The Porefessional balm, and Lollitint lip and cheek stain! Each bag also included a special offer from Birchbox! The party pack even included a few full size products for the hostess!! 🙂

We had a little ‘wing women in training’ too!

I have always loved Benefit cosmetics and I was so happy to have the opportunity to host this party.  The great thing about Benefit cosmetics is that you get instant gratification.  It instantly plumps, covers, lifts, etc to give you the look you want, right now.

I also love the Birchbox subscription box because you get a monthly package, full of beauty samples for you to try.  Then you get points when you review each item.  You can save up your points to use in the Birchbox store to buy full size versions of the ones you really love!  It’s a great, inexpensive way to try tons of different products without committing to full sizes right off the bat!  Plus, who doesn’t love receiving mail?!?!

We all had a blast trying the samples and enjoying each other’s company.  I also explained the Birchbox subscription box to everyone in attendance and one of my wing women was a subscriber!  The other two were very interested!  I can’t wait to give my other wing women their goodie bags so they can try all their goodies too!
